Olives are born from the summer drought and the following abundant rains. They are closely linked to man, an irreplaceable sour- ce of life and nouri- shment. This collection is our humble tribute to those olive green and brown treasures that fill our fields, concentrating within them the most intense Medite- rranean flavour, the life force of a land of great character and the most penetrating colour of the sun.
